Our Story

Founded in 1976, Reta Trust was created to address a growing challenge: providing sustainable, high-quality healthcare to Catholic clergy and employees in an evolving healthcare landscape.

What began as a collaborative effort among dioceses and religious orders has grown into a nationwide, self-funded trust serving nearly 117 Catholic organizations across 31 states. Today, Reta supports over 45,000 members with a shared commitment to stewardship, community, and care.
