Know where to go: for 24/7 nurse help, call (877) 304-0504. Use urgent care for minor issues-find locations through your doctor or Blue Shield Member Services. For serious emergencies like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or severe injuries, visit an emergency room or call 911.
Wellvolution® offers personalized wellness programs for the mind and body, including support for fitness, nutrition, stress, and mental health, as well as tobacco cessation and healthy habit tools. Access is available by registering or logging in to your member account.
You can find in-network providers across the United States using the Blue Shield provider search tool. If you are traveling internationally, you can access doctors, hospitals, and other helpful resources through the BlueCross BlueShield Global.
For covered services received outside the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, you can submit an International Claim Form to request a reimbursement.
