Access faith-based telehealth through virtual consultations with Catholic-aligned providers and convenient online scheduling. Visit the MyCatholicDoctor website to check eligibility, create an account, and book and appointment.
For non-life-threatening conditions like minor injuries, infections, or fever, visit an urgent care facility near you. For serious symptoms such as chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, major injuries, or signs of stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
Access preventive services including annual exams, screenings, wellness coaching, mental health support, and health education programs. Many health and wellness services are covered at little or no cost when included in your plan.
If you receive care while traveling, save all receipts and documentation and contact Member Services for reimbursement guidance. Review your plan details before traveling to understand coverage and service area limitations.
