You don’t need a Delta Dental ID card to visit your dentist—just provide your name, birth date, and enrollee ID or Social Security number.
If you want a card, you can view or print it online at deltadentalins.com or access it in the Delta Dental mobile app. You can also add it to your phone’s mobile wallet for convenience.
Select a primary care dentist within the DeltaCare network to manage your dental care. Use the Delta Dental “Find a Dentist” tool to locate a network provider near you.
Routine exams and cleanings help maintain oral health and prevent more serious, costly dental issues. Many Delta Dental plans offer low or no copays when preventive services are completed with your assigned dentist. Log in to your account to review your plan coverage.
